DR. MARK WHITE
Mark White, PT, DPT, OCS is the business owner, director of rehabilitation, director of clinical
research, chief instructor for UTC’s clinical education division, and the primary physical therapist on site.
He is a 1995 graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s physical therapy program, is board certified in
orthopedics by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, and he completed his doctorate at MGH
Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA. He is a member of the following professional organizations:
He has been newsletter editor for the OPTA’s Smoke Signals, an invited lecturer for clinical
research at the University of Oklahoma, adjunct faculty for the University of Oklahoma, Howard University,
Washington, DC, Rose State College, OK, Texas Women’s University, TX, and for the Hanzehogeschool in Groningen,
the Netherlands.
In addition, he is a published author, continuing education provider, and has been a legislative committee
member for OPTA, Board of Directors member for OPTA, Western District President for OPTA, a founding member of
the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Foundation, invited presenter at the APTA’s Combined Sections Meeting (national
scientific meeting), recipient of the National Small Business Leadership Award, and past Small Business
Advisory Committee Member for the US Congress.
